STAY AWAY - HIGHLY *********** SERVICE

This is the worst service I have ever received from an ISP. I was forced to cancel an account with Afrihost (with who I had never had a single issue) in order to get internet in the apartment building I just moved into. Once I had paid the joining fee I had to call several times to get installation happening, and in fact they couldn't even create a client account for me (I had to use an employee's credentials to create an account so I could receive an invoice) I have had to pay a pro-rata rate which I was told on the phone I didn't have to pay, in addition to the full month's fee of R1000 for a 100mb up/down uncapped internet line. I currently7 have speeds of 0.3mb/s (wireless) and 8mb/s (wired) - I have called and emailed Accelerit several times only to be told they'll escalate it to no end. I sat on hold with their automated robot voice telling me it "appreciates my patience" but I have run out of that ages ago with this bunch of ***********s because every time I get to 1 I get pushed back to 20 in line. The level of sheer ineptitude is unparalleled and i have yet to find a single redeeming feature of the entire experience. AVOID THIS ISP IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!
