Stay away from Accelerit they suck

Good day. My fibre has been down for 8 days. I have contacted accelerit plenty of times but nothing comes from my requests. Accelirit technicians do not understand or they just give the problem to someone else. At end of the month i will have to pay full account for something i did not receive.
