I logged a ticket on the 25th of August for billing my account twice. Today is the 31st no resolution on the matter yet you have the audacity to try to debit my account again for the 3rd time. FOR WHAT?????? You're so unprofessional and your billing processes are pathetic. I wonder what this so-called management is doing with all this customer complaints. You're the WORST company to ever exist.
