Terrible serive.

I lost internet connectivity and I called the helpline (using 2 phones simultenously) - combined time I spent on the two phones with no answer is about 2 hours.

I regret ever subscribing with yourselves - you’re such a pain to deal with.

Your tech helpdesk knocks off at 17H00 - how do we get help after hours?!
