STAY AWAY FROM ACCELERIT!!!

I app**** for a fibre internet connection through Accelerit on the 1st of Feb 2021 and was promised to get connected within 48 to 72 hours. I was prompted through e mails to do a payment to get the process started. Today is the 11th of Feb and still no connection. these people are quick to take your money but don't deliver on their promises. A few days after I did my first payment, I receive another e mail prompting me to upgrade to a better package for only R149 more with double the amount of data.... At this stage they did not do an "address" verification or asked for any proof of address, they only focused on getting more money from me. So far still no Internet... Looks like a **** to me. My worst experience with a service provider ever.
