Stay away from Accelerate

I am not one to write reviews as I always think someone can improve and do better but not Accelerate. I had no internet for a week and I called for them to tell me that they have escalated it… I waited for a week with zero feedback. When I try to cancel I get the biggest runaround I have ever had in my life. They are atrocious, service levels are bad , customer service non existent. Please don’t even consider them, stay away
