Worse service, *********** staff members. I can't even get to 1mbps in the evening on a 50/50 line, Even had to downgrade from a 100mbps line I had with them for more than a year. When I try to explain their staff that their network is congested and they don't seem to understand anything, The want to talk about WIfi channels, even when the test are done directly by connecting the PC directly to the ONT device doing PPPoE. These guys no nothing about networking. You can even see how they struggle to manage their WHMCMS website. It's just a disaster with invoicing. I can't continue wasting money on this. I am logging a complain with my complex, this company should go
