Stay away

The worst experience. Stay away from them. Paid initiation fee on the 16 September. They could not get my line released from the ISP until the 6 October. It's now the 10 October and I still don't have a connection because they can't configure my router. Tell me to go to their offices to collect. I arrive and there are none available. This was the most painful experience.
