Shocking service from sign up to cancellation! Firstly, they are not responsive - your calls go through to voice mail. Their email service tickets are so automated that you get no assistance from an actual human and they are cancelled without any resolution. They signed me up on a package that did not exist then, billed me for a higher package. Cancellation was a nightmare - they kept sending automated emails back to me saying the problem was resolved. They even tried to force credit card payments after cancellation through my bank without my approval. I eventually had to drive through to their back-office set up in Rivonia to cancel my account in person. Two days later, they still had not released my line to the new ISP - had to once again contact them to do this! Shame on you Accelerit - this is what happens when you employ inexperienced 20 year olds to run your business with zero experience or supervision! IT DOES NOT WORK!
