Shocking service

Appalled by the lack of feedback from Accelerit Technologies is an understatement. They are quick to sign one up for their services, but when it comes to trying to cancel a contract, no feedback is received. I mailed then on the 28 Nov 2022, sent numerous e-mails, logged requests on their website time and time again, and absolutely nothing. Phone calls are not answered, and account just continues to be debited. Were to from here? Seems we will have to incur Legal costs in order to resolve this matter.
