Save yourself the headache and stay away from Accelerit

This has to be the worst ISP in all of South Africa. To begin with, their technical expertise is nonexistent, they could not get me connected for over a month on a site with existing infrastructure. Then they billed me twice for the same month wherein I had no connection. To make matters worse they couldn’t even resolve the connection or the refund issue. Then I cancelled my service and they couldn’t even resolves that. So now my line was locked in with them and I could not go to a different ISP. Absolutely nightmare, the incompetence I experienced was beyond my comprehension. One would swear that perhaps in their heads they think that they are doing me a favour whereas it the other way round.
