****s and *******. Don't trust them!

I have never in my life experienced such an incredibly poor service provider!! I canceled my service with them in December, giving them their 1 months cancelation notice. They STILL debited me at the end of January. I immediately alerted them and was told I'd receive a refund. It has been 4 months and NOT A DIME RECEIVED. I was told it's been sent. Next thing there's an error with my card. Next thing it's my bank. Every execuse under the sun! Every single time I've received an excuse, mind you, I had to be the one to call and find out. Sometimes they don't even bother answering. I've asked for proof of all their excuses and received zilch. They don't communicate. They just lie. What an ********* excuse of a company. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!
