Run for your life - You get what you pay for

This has to be the worst ISP on the planet! I thought Web Africa was terrible, but this ISP is on a scale of terrible that has yet to be defined. A pity I can't award them negative stars! They called me many times before the account was activated to assure me that the transition from Web Africa would be smooth. When it came to transfer the line, they took a few days to do this and provide me with the PPPoE login details. After calling a few times, I eventually received the login details but they didn't work. I was stuck without internet for over a week. When connectivity was eventually sorted, it was intermittent. They were very prompt in billing me. I discovered that the line speed I had ordered was not provisioned. Since they hardly answer any tickets, I had to call their call center a few times before someone said they'd investigate. After a few days, I received an email saying it would take 3 to 5 working days to provision the line at the correct speed. To date this has not happened. I have now received the bill for the next month without having received the services I ordered to date in terms of line speed. I decided to review their rating on Hellopeter and noted all the 1 star ratings. At this stage I decided to call it quits. I opened a ticket to initiate cancellation. After 2 days of no response I called their call center. The agent asked why I wanted to cancel after such a short period and I was quite clear about the non-existent service. She asked me to hold on and the line got cut after 33 minutes of holding. I called today to ensure they acknowledge the cancellation and asked not to be put on hold. The agent assured me they'd call me back after getting hold of the retentions department. She didn't call back as expected. I'll try to confirm cancellation again tomorrow and the following day and so on until I get rid of this service. I am filled with nothing but regret for having engaged their services. To date, the connection remains intermittent. The pricing is great but clearly, you get what you pay for. Absolute *******! Run for your life if you want to preserve your sanity. This is undoubtedly the worst ISP in the universe followed closely by Web Africa. %@$&
