Ridiculous service

Worst service ever, we paid full amount for installation of Wi-Fi , follow up emails sent more than 5 times, the reply everytime from the managers is to look at it matter and never come back again with solutions, I'm so frustrated since begging of Feb waiting for them to finalize WiFi. Why keep the money with zero service?????
