Reinstalling my connection

I have paid for reinstalling of my WiFi in November month end, which wasR1700 and my monthly fee of the WiFi which is R653 they told me it will take 7 to 14 working days. I've been calling them for follow up but No help. Every time I can I don't get help the keep transferring me from sales department to account. The are a ****😡 I want my money back
