Refused to credit me

I was told I would be credited for all the days that my wifi has been down. And now when it's credit time I'm told that they will only credit an account if an issue hasn't been resolved within 14 days. So clearly my 6-7days of no wifi and spending my own money to buy data does not count for anything, meanwhile I paid Accelerit close to R600 for non-existent wifi. Terrible service providers, wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
