Refund....

Ticket number: 011841 Was done on the 20th December 2023 for a refund of payment made into your account when I was still being serviced by your company. I was disconnected without my knowledge and was advised by your agents to submit all relevant information for a refund to be made till this day I have not received the said payment.

The same ticket it keeps being closed without any feedback...
