Promises not being kept

Last month on the 25th I made an order for fibre and made a payment for installation. I was promised that will happen within 14 business days however even now, no installation has been done and I still have to find other ways to be connected.

If getting on board to be a client how will my experience be better when I'm a client. No body takes responsibility and blame is just shifted from one to the other. I'm very disappointed and need you guys to pull up your socks and see this case through. Not looking good at all.
