The service of this company is pathetic, I escalated my query to management according to their escalation path. No customer service at all. My account is on debit order, they stopped debiting in May I think, I have been trying to get hold of them to understand the reason why they stopped. To my shock, I received an invoice where they billed me for reconnection fee, I mean the service is active, why am I being charged reconnection fee? I have tried numerous times to reach out to them to make a payment and resolve the debit order issue, actually I have wasted my time and airtime holding on the phone to no avail. Emails are not responded to. At this point in time, I want to cancel, I don't have to beg Accelerit to pay my account. They are actually chasing someone who wants to pay. This company doesn't take their customers serious. I am not happy at all.
