Poor speed on a Fibre line

Disgusting service... Extremely poor speed for a Fibre line. Unable to stream anything with only 1 device connected.

Every thing was an issue from the beginning, my call to the call Centre was cut off 3 times. 2.58 mbps.... It's a joke seriously zoom Fibre
