Poor Services, No Customer Care Support

I have order a 20/20mb in January... Fiber was connected and i emailed and sent whatsapp messages for activation... Till today I havent been activated... Since last week I have been requesting assistance, but nine of the agents no managers takes me seriously... This is so annoying
