poor service provided

These guys have the most ******* service I have ever seen.....One can be first inline for 2 hours straight when calling for technical support....They dont send any form of feedback to customers when there is either an issue or work done on your line....been getting intermittent disruptions on their fibre since the storm happened....I constantly have to ask for feedback while there is a known outage......ridiculous service
