Poor service delivery and no after sales serviuce

Very poor service delivery and after sales service. Their technician comes to install wifi for my neighbour and disconnects me in the process. I asked him to fix the problem and he did a poor job, the wifi keeps falling every time. when you all them or log a ticket, no one comes to assist you. i have been holding on a call for almost 40 mins, and no one has answered or assisted me.
