Poor Service

Accelerit is the worse Service provider, from their customer service all the way to management. I had logged several request and called many times to their call center and they do not respond. I have requested to cancel my service on the 2. 03.2023 and they still do not give any response to advise whether the service will be actioned. I have been a loyal customer with them for more than a year and accepted the rise in price but for such poor and disgraceful service I received they do not value their clients. This is my major reason for the cancelation and review, I will not refer them to any 1. I'm Highly disappointed
