Poor service.

The connection always goes off for the majority of the day and whenever you call and press option 2 for technicians the call always ends but when you press option 1 for sales it goes through which shows that they only care about sales and don't have any intention to resolve the issues we experience with the connection. When ever you send an email to them they take ages to respond. We've sent multiple emails as this issue has been going on since the 28th of February.
