Poor service

Been trying to cancel my subscription for over a month and keep getting billed. Cannot even change card details on the platform to remove payment details. The lady in accounts keeps dropping the call every time I call to try resolve the matter (spend more than an 1H30min on hold "while they try investigate". Ticketing system is non responsive.
