Poor service

On the 19 November 2023 Accelerit disconnected my when I called them I found the Lady called Paballo from Technical support, she said am now on Zoom flex I must re-register again knowing I struggled to register at first it the worst experience ever!! I then ask why ddnt they inform me in regards to changes she then just apologized , she then sent me a link. I couldn't do anything because my email address is already been used. I then call again I spoke to the lady called Karabo (Technical support) shame Kara bought did not know what to say about my issue she then transferred me to accounts her Name is Nqobile she then i explained my issue then she said she wil ask Technical support to call me back , even now am still waiting for ther call, I even tried there chats on whattsapp name Lulu she couldn't help me, it's very sad that my daughter is writing axams and she use internet to study, I paid for internet and I dnt owe them!!
