Poor poor poor service
I would never recommend this company. Terrible customer service - we have had no internet for over 24 hours with no help. Calls and emails go unanswered. To top it off, we are trying to cancel our subscription and we get different stories on how to cancel it. So we are paying for internet we neither want nor get!

21 Jun 2021, 08:54The staff do not seem to know what is happening - when trying to cancel we get different on about different days of the contract end. Our new ISP needs the date that the line will be opened. We were told we would get an immediate cancellation as we have been without internet since Thursday, we were also told end of June and then again a new story today. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU PAY FOR NO INTERNET AND CANNOT GET OUT OF A CONTRACT.
