Poor network quality

I've had terrible experience since May 2021. A week never pass without network disruptiond, not reliable at all. Since i decided to test their speed i discovered that on average, my speed is at least 30% lower than what i pay for. At times, Vodacom 4G delivers three times their speed. Accelerit is one of the worst ISP providers in the market today.
