Poor customer service!! Worst ever!

The worst customer support that I have any received. My fibre Wi-Fi is off for over a month now. I cannot through to anyone in technical support or accounts. When you choose the option for sales, they answer because they obviously want to make a sale and earn commission. Ask them to assist and they put you through to technical support, you hold on for more than 15 minutes and the call is then cut. This is absolutely ridiculous. You pay for your service but there is no service!!!
