Poor customer service. Poor internet speed.

This company should get zero stars. They are the worst. Their internet speed is always on 6mbps/9mbps. I am on a 50/50mbps plan. I have logged more than 10 complaints in a space of 2 weeks. I cannot get hold of them on the phone and they always reply to their emails promising they will have someone attend to the issue. The issue is not being resolved. They are quick to call and email when there is payments and upgrades involved. But they are slow to respond to technical problems.
