Poor Customer Service and *********** Technical Support Team

I don't think i've ever experienced any service worse than this.

Thier service / support desk is non-existent and it seems like most of the technicians working there are not adequately trained to assist in resolving their problems. Each time you need assistance, they blame Metrofibre and refer you to them. At the end of the month they debit your account without fail regardless of the service not being rendered / delivered.

Their phone lines also go unanswered and if you're lucky to get through after 20 minutes they tell you that someone will you back or they will log a ticket with Metrofibre. Of course no one ever calls you back.

Proper ****show this one, even had to cancel my contract with them.
