Poor Customer service

I have had the worst service from Accelirit as i have made 2 consecutive payments for my Fibre account in May 2023 so that i can be able to be connected till July 31st but Accelirit decided to suspend my services and i sent countless emails instead Paballo says i owe R543 whilst i have sent them My Proof of payments I am really frustrated by this as i am working from home and Accelirit is a joke honestly
