Poor customer service

These nonsense people when you call regarding the technical issues they don't pick up and when they pick they hang up on you but when it's for sales they they pick up immediately. I have issues with their internet and they don't help at all (only 2 devices can connect). I raised the issue on their website and they closed the ticket before I even get assisted by Zandile Ndzhukula. I am paying for this internet and you have to be assist me when I need help. If not please close my account with your company. You really need to revisit your service delivery.
