Pathetic, Unprofessional, Worst ISP ever

I ordered fibre internet to be installed last week. The installation was done . I had no internet access and was told to pay the amount due so that my account could be activated, The payment was made but I still had no internet access. The call centre advised that there were technicians in the area who never turned up. All weekend I had no internet access. On Monday my ticked was closed saying 'The router is working and I had internet access. I did not have internet access at all. They then sent me a email asking for positive feedback , like really. Pathetic service.... I have asked for a de-installation and have had no feedback.

Accelerit , please action this. I need my refund and your service terminated. ASAP. I am not able to do any work and am having to use my mobile data.
