Pathetic service from a rogue company

If I could rate a big fat Zero, I would. Rogues!!! Utterly useless & pathetic. My package was changed without my permission or my knowledge, I then get an email about a price increase. Upon calling them I was informed that there was a problem & most customers did not receive their email. I then dug further only to see I was being overcharged for my initial package. I asked to downgrade & was informed that I must pay a penalty when I never asked for an upgrade. To cancel with these clowns is another issue altogether. Now I'm being told I will have to wait till the end of July when I gave my notice to cancel in the beginning of June. I am also now told that my package will not be downgraded if I am canceling, I also don't know when I will be getting my refund for the overcharge. I will not recommend this company to anyone, even if I was paid to. Bunch of useless fools who don't know how to handle clients or the F ups they make. You should close your doors as customer service means nothing and blindsiding people is what y'all seem good at. I hope to never have to deal with such fools again
