Pathetic Service!

You guys get one star because it is mandatory for me to choose a rating in order to write a review! I am disgusted at the service I have received over the last 2 years!!! I work in ICT and believe me you guys are by far the worst there is in the industry! Please close up shop and let other people do the job as you have no idea what you are doing! I have worse service using fibre than I ever did on COPPER!!!!! No one should use you guys, it is such a pity that I AM FORCED TO because of my complex only having you guys!!! I am going to make sure I make the most noise for them to change from this pathetic company! My internet is down more than it is working and yet I must pay the full price! a 2mbps ADSL line is faster and better at the moment than this fibre!
