Pathetic Service by Accelerit Technologies

I 'm highly disappointed with the fiber service provided by the Accelerit.I have got subscription for 5mbps but I don't get the 5 mbps internet speed at all.Internet connection is not stable. It keeps dropping and I m not able to work because of intermittent connection issues. when you raise an issue with them. They don't provide satisfactory response and they simply merge the tickets and close the ticket without responding to it. I don't want others to face the same challenges/issues which I m facing so I would never ever recommend anyone to consider Accelerit as their ISP provider...I m sick and tired of Accelerit.
