Pathetic service and zero empathy

Poor service and product...have been on service for close to 20 months and have not yet had a quarter without logging issues on slow speed or drop in connection

Latest instance showing disregard to service - logged ticket for last 2 days of inconsistent internet connection with continued dropping, they emailed me with some steps confirming even they cannot remotely connect to my device. Expected me to pick the email (apply common sense i logged an issue of no internet soniow can i pick emails) , did not have courtesy to call and check and some fool to save their metrics has now within 3 hrs closed the ticket without checking if resolved or not

Is this the way they run a service business - one word “pathetic”
