Pathetic Service and No Accountability from Accelerit

The service from Accelerit is absolutely pathetic. They claim to be an ISP that supports and assists their clients, but unfortunately, they have completely failed to do so.

I’ve been a client since 2021, and when a problem was reported, instead of receiving proper assistance, the line was cut because of the same issue. Weeks have passed with no internet connection, yet I’m still being billed for a service that isn’t working.

The technicians(zoom) give incorrect advice, and when you follow it, you’re left with even bigger problems. There’s no proper feedback, and every time you call, you’re told that the supervisors are “busy” or unavailable.

Accelerit, I pay for a service that I didn't receive, neither do they resolving issues or supporting their customers. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct are unacceptable.

This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with an ISP.
