PATHETIC SERVICE

Non-service. Was sent the wrong item on initial order (stronger router instead of router extender), had to pay again for router extended. Not delivered by 1 July (as per service level agreement), and now, 3 weeks AFTER due date, they have the cheek to blame the past week's turmoil in SA for the delay. POOR response to tickets, ZERO response on phone calls. Basically they are useless and a waste of time.
