Pathetic Service

Pathetic service, promised day after day that they would come to install my fibre but have not been here. Cancelled the internet that I had, to start using Accelerit on the 1st of August, can not do any of my work, working from home. Struggling for 2 weeks, need to have my fibre installed today as they promised that it would be done today. Can not be another day without internet, can not do my work properly. Pathetic service, will cancel my subscribstion
