Pathetic ISP overall.
Don't use Accelerit. Their customer service is nonexistent, they throttle your fiber line; honestly, I've had LTE connections beter than their fiber. And all round a don't-care attitude towards their client's queries.

17 Dec 2023, 10:02So, Accelerit since writing this review, they still haven't sorted out the issue. Multiple tests over a period of time shows that they throttle your download speed by 20 - 30% with regular complete drops over weekends - the time that they're least accessible.
