Pathetic customer service

I opened a ticket on Monday 01/05/2023 regarding an issue with my router. To date I have not received any feedback. The call centre doesn't answer calls and no one responds to emails either. The service is pathetic and I advise customers not to use their services. Rather go with a different service provider, even though they may be more expensive.
