Pathetic customer service

Worst service provider ever. Internet connection been down for more than 24 hours. They claim 24/7 customer service, but three tickets logged and no response from anyone. This morning I received an invoice for the service provided. They can generate invoices expecting payment but they cant even respond to a simple technical support ticket logged about why the connection has been down for more than 24 hours. Pathetic, cannot wait to migrate my line to another ISP.
