Pathetic customer service

I purchased their Fiber as was recommended by a friend, yesus little did I know I was putting myself in deep ****. I've been given a run around everytime I call they say let's check for you will get back to u, I have spoken to Asanda I have spoken to Bontle none of them are competent in resolving the matter till now no installation done no communication but I have paid. Pathetic customer service!!! They can keep their service will find other options I can't anymore I'm done with Accelerit
