Pathetic and Incompetence

I have never seen such *********** consultants in my life. I am without service for the past 5 days and i call everyday and those consultants Nthabiseng, Ofentse or Buchel are clueless of what to do. You are sent from pillar to post and noone seems to know how to assist clients. The phone rings forever with no one picking it up from the technical department. How do we pay for the service that we are not receiving...will definitely cancel this stupid subscription.
