What a useless company. Cannot get support after hours. Money goes out every month but no internet and slow speed for the past two weeks. I wonder if I will be credited fir all the downtime I had. Can someone please contact me as your number in the internet does nit allow me to use option to fir technical support. My daughter need to do reset for assignments and cannot complete her work.
