Pathetic accounts department and invoicing

Most poor service I have ever received! I started using them last week Friday and they invoices for R1200 called in 100 times without getting a luck. Eventually got through and they corrected my invoice… made payment yesterday and my connectivity is still not restored! Wake up now… there is another invoice which shows as unpaid for almost the same amount and my connectivity is still suspended for their poor invoicing. Im really considering cutting off my services from these guys they really seem like ****mers
