Over promise, Under Deliver - Useless internet offering

So I have been a customer for 5 months which means I have recharged my prepaid wifi account with Accelerit 5 times already. Every time I have been frustrated. No.1 - I was told that a 10mbps line was alright if I am connecting 1 tv and 2 cellphones... *** if that was the case, why do I get the wheel of doom every single day?

No.2 - my next door neighbor has a 10mbps line and has no issues - how so? Are you robbing us and stating your offering but doing something else in the control center? My movie has been hanging for about 20 mins now since I clicked play....

No.3 - You pay for a 10mbps line but it feels like a 4mbps - please check that I am on the correct package.

No. 4 I’m tired of a movie hanging when I’m trying to watch. I have Netflix which I pay for but cannot watch a single damn movie without the wheel of doom yet my neighbor can on a 10mbps line??

What is up with your service offering? I would like better service and a 10mbps line that doesn’t give me these issues constantly - or please refund the router money so I can go to Telkom.

I went with your provider through SADV because my complex had it advertised... maybe a huge mistake going through all that trouble!
